Please read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions before registering as a member or placing any orders.

  1. We are not a travel agency. Host only provides companionship for activities or meals decided by user within the city.

  2. No physical contact is allowed under any circumstances. Violation may result in report to local authorities.

  3. Users must not request or engage in any illegal, inappropriate, or unauthorized services aside from public and legal activities. Any private arrangements between host and client may result in fines, blacklist or report to local authorities.

  4. Hosts will not consume alcohol during any session.

  5. For safety reasons, please avoid high-risk, private, or secluded locations at all times.
    The safety of both users and hosts is our highest priority.

  6. Booking fees apply to the minimum selected experience duration as stated on the product page.
    Unless otherwise specified, all cost related to activities, tickets or meals are not included.

  7. Hosts may recommend dining restaurant or activities they are familiar with, final decision is made by user alone.

  8. Hosts are companions offering a casual local experience renting out their own time, similar to meeting a local friend.
    Do not enquire or question price related matters for individual time renting as, only accept if you agree.

  9. All booking requests are subject to host availability pre-confirmation. Please contact our support team for pre-arrangements.
    Payment will only be collected after the host has confirmed the requested booking date(s).

  10. Booking dates must be at least 5 days in advance and within 30 days from current date. 

  11. All displays of host profile are not AI generated. Photo/videos has been verified by our team. If the person is not whom that is presented please contact us for assistance.

  12. Displayed time duration on host profiles are individual minimum required duration. Please read carefully before proceeding.  

  13. This platform acts as an intermediary connecting users with independent local hosts, host are not directly employed Talos Grp Pte Ltd. Please be alert at all times and take note that our platform will NOT be responsible for any loss of valuables, safety and general well being of user or host. 

  14. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept the terms and condition stated under footer of this website which includes refund policy, terms of service and privacy policy.
