Refund Policy

Membership Fees

– Membership fee are strictly  non-refundable 
– Membership allows access to place order for all items on 3 days.com

Host Bookings

– Payment for host booking is only applicable after the host confirms your preferred dates
– Once payment is completed, the booking is considered final and non-refundable.
– If host is unable to honor the confirmed dates, we will work with you to reschedule or assign a different host. In such cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Extensions

Payments for additional days or hours purchased are also non-refundable once confirmed.

Exceptions

Partial or full refunds may be considered if:

1. User or host has encountered unexpected incident with relevant proof submitted. 
2. A technical/payment error occurs (for example, duplicate charges).

How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above condition, please contact our support team within 7 days of your scheduled date.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
