This website is operated by Talos Grp Pte Ltd, under the brand name 3 Days (“we,” “us,” “our”). Our platform connects client (“users,” “you”) with local hosts (“hosts”) for cultural exchange and friendship experiences. By visiting our site, joining a membership, and/or booking a host, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
– Users must become a paid member before booking a host.
– You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence).
– You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms.
– After membership activation, you may select a host based on location and availability.
– Provide 2 sets of three consecutive dates for your booking or contact us for hourly arrangements in ‘by request’ tab , we will reply with confirmation and payment advise.
– A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.
– All payments must be made via credit or debit card (or other approved payment methods).
– Prices are listed in SGD and may be subject to change.
– Membership fees and booking payments are non-transferable.
– User cancellations: If you cancel after a host has confirmed, refund eligibility (if any) will follow our Refund Policy stated on the website.
– Host cancellations: If a host cancels, we will assist you in rescheduling or finding an alternative host. Refunds may be issued in line with our Refund Policy.
– Membership fees are non-refundable.
– We act as an intermediary platform connecting independent freelance host renting out their time.
– Hosts are independent contractors, not employees of the platform.
– We do not directly manage, supervise, or control how hosts deliver their services.
– All experiences, activities, and communications are directly between users and hosts.
– We are not liable for personal safety, travel arrangements, or any incidents during your experience.
When you make a booking through our platform, the Booking Fees will cover the items and services as described on the respective host’s listing page provided by the host.
You are responsible for reviewing the details on the host’s listing page before making a booking. Any services or expenses not explicitly included in the listing shall be borne by the user.
By joining our platform as a host, you agree to:
– Provide truthful and accurate information in your application and profile.
– Deliver services to travelers as described on your listing, in a respectful and professional manner.
– Comply with all platform rules, including the strict no physical contact policy. Any violation may result in suspension or reporting to local authorities.
– Act as an independent provider, not as an employee of the platform. You are responsible for your own costs, conduct, and compliance with local laws.
– If you are or have engaged in a relationship (no longer single) , please do not apply as host or inform us to withdraw from our platform , we will terminate partnership for hosting within 30 days.
– Host shall not enter into any deals privately with user under any circumstances.
– Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
– We are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, accidents, delays, or expenses arising from your meeting with host .
– Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid to us for the booking in question.
You may not use our website or services to:
– Violate laws or regulations.
– Harass, abuse, or harm other users or hosts.
– Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.
– Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of your membership without refund.
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore.
